ABU DHABI, 17th March, 2015 (WAM) -- President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, has issued a Federal Decree appointing Dr. Abdullatif Al Shamsi, as Director of the Higher Colleges of Technology, HCT, complex.

The Decree is implemented and shall be published in the official gazette.
