FUJAIRAH, 1st June, 2017 (WAM) -- The Fujairah Charity Association, FCA, has announced that it is implementing a project to provide iftar meals in 47 sites across the emirate including six highway points.

Mubarak bin Abad, Director of FCA, said, "We are delivering 10,230 iftar meals daily in 47 sites throughout the emirate. We expect to serve meals to 306,900 fasting Muslims during the holy month of Ramadan," he added.

He noted that the FCA is undertaking the iftar project for the fourth consecutive year and 23 Emirati families will prepare 119,100 meals during the month.
