Mohammed bin Rashid issues Decree on Executive Regulations for tax and excise tax procedures

DUBAI, 23rd October, 2017 (WAM) -- Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has issued Decree No. 36 of 2017 on the Executive Regulations of Federal Law No. 07 of 2017 on Tax Procedures.

In addition, H.H. Sheikh Mohammed issued Ministerial Decree No. 38 of 2017 on the value of the tax imposed on products which are subject to the excise tax.
