Investopia: Partnership with a network of CEOs and government sfficials in MENA will foster public-private sector collaboration in new economies

ABU DHABI, 4th April, 2023 (WAM) -- The global investment platform, Investopia, has revealed one of the key outcomes of its annual conference held on 2-3 March 2023 in Abu Dhabi, which is the partnership with a network of CEOs and government officials aiming to foster collaboration between the public and private sectors in the field of the new economy in the United Arab Emirates.

The announcement came during the signing of a partnership between Investopia and Emerging Markets Intelligence & Research (EMIR), a specialized research firm focused on emerging markets at Investopia 2023 Conference. The MoU was signed by Abdulla Al Saleh, Undersecretary at the Ministry of Economy, and Dr. Noah Raford, Futurist in Residence and Managing Partner, Advisory, EMIR, in the presence of Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, UAE Minister of Economy and Chairman of Investopia.

EMIR, with its network of CEOs and government officials in the Middle East, will support Investopia's activities and initiatives in the new economy while also facilitating links between government activities and those of the private sector. The objective is to foster closer collaboration between public policies and the private sector in the UAE, through the the exchange of information on government priorities, policies, ideas, and market conditions, which supports the development of the economy and promotes partnerships between the public and private sectors.
Abdulla Al Saleh, Undersecretary at the Ministry of Economy, stated, “Since its inception, Investopia has been committed to strengthening partnership between the public and private sectors through all its international conferences and sessions. This collaboration with EMIR will contribute to enhancing Investopia's objectives and vision towards more cooperation between business leaders and the private sector on the one side, and policy makers and government officials on the other side, in order to achieve what Investopia aspires to in terms of investment in the sectors of the new economy.”
